Made with our strong and healthy gut friendly starter named Olivia Rise. We use ancient Einkorn flour, which is easier for digestion and beautiful in flavor. Eggs, butter and a touch of milk. They are coated with corn mill for baking, adding to their traditional bagel appeal. Enjoy with a “shmear” of your favorite cream cheese or berry jam and forget about it! So soft, so good!
