Our beautiful sourdough loaves are made using a strong and healthy gut friendly starter named Olivia Rise.  We use Italian milled ancient Einkorn flour, a touch of honey and just a drizzle of avocado oil, which is easier for digestion and beautiful in flavor.  It is medium sour in flavor with a delicious scent that will have you wanting more.
