Jacob's loaf is a soft crumb loaf, moist, packed with high fiber sun flower seeds, rolled oats and drizzled sweet honey.  Our beautiful sourdough loaves are made using our strong and healthy gut friendly sourdough starter, Olivia Rise.  We use Italian milled ancient Einkorn flour in this specific recipe, a touch of sweet honey and a drizzle of avocado oil.  This loaf is a must as it is easier to digest and beautiful in flavor.  It is medium sour in flavor and a delicious scent that will have you wanting more!
