It’s getting warm & spicy! Nothing says hunger like our soft serrano and cheese bagels; delicious and packed with heat, that cheesy flavor and some of that everything bagel seasoning! Made with our strong and healthy gut friendly starter Olivia and that her awesome for friendly bacteria. We use ancient Einkorn flour, which is easier for digestion and beautiful in flavor.  A touch of extra virgin olive oil, and filtered water and just a touch of organic sea salt. We use corn mill for baking, adding to their traditional bagel appeal. Enjoy with a “shmear” of your favorite cream cheese and forget about it! So soft, so good! Includes 8 sourdough bagels, each 125 gram per bagels prior to baking. We hope you enjoy them!
